  • 10 ml Clarity Ferm at pitch

Mash: 

  • Recipe is Brew in a Bag (BIB)
  • 147 F for 60:00
  • Raise to 157F for 10 min mash out

Water:

  • 40% distilled water; 60% filtered Corvallis (South Riding)
  • Adjustments 40 ml phosphoric acid for pH; .31 gypsum

Fermentation:

  • 14 days in Primary at 51F
  • 2 days at 72 F (D-rest)
